How to make sure your reputation is top notch

your reputation today is [almost] everything

Do you keep a check on your online reputation? Do you even know why you should? Today I want to talk to you about all the ways you can make sure that your reputation is in good working order, no TOP NOTCH! Because although it isn’t quite everything, in business, your reputation is a lot.

Your online reputation is usually the first thing people come across.

What’s the first thing you do when you need something?

YOU GOOGLE IT!

And what comes up? A bunch of companies in the top that generally most people ignore, next is local businesses and maps (you want to be here) and below that are the organic listings.

You also want to try and be here. But appearing in maps is much easier.

And its usually where people look first.

AT THE LISTINGS AND THE GOOGLE REVIEWS.

The more [good] reviews you have, the higher you rank locally. So getting Google reviews lately has been my biggest goal. As I know it can only impact my business positively. In searches and in how people perceive my business, which will lead to more customers.

Cause when you do that search, you compare reviews, right?

  • who has the most
  • who has the highest number (out of 5 ⭐’s)
  • if you even appear in that top 3 or 4

Looking at the photo below, making sure you keep your 5 stars can be hard, especially when you have idiots posting a review about nothing that you do (this isn’t a web design company). Not really a fair review either, but, it’s what people do, everyone’s keen to moan when they can. Sadly.

it can be really hard to get a Google review.

In fact, it can feel like a full time job!

You can feel like you’re chasing people over and over! Especially if a little time has passed since you worked together. People are busy, it isn’t their fault. Sometimes it can feel like a hassle tolog in, find your page, think of something to write, and then they might be in the car when you ask.

There’s a million and 1 reasons why it’s such a pain to give a Google review, but wait until you p*ss someone off!!!

Then it isn’t difficult to diss you all over the internet, then we go out of our way to tell the world just how terrible a company [insert company] is!

Ever noticed that?

but it doesn't have to be this way...

let me show you how to get google reviews without lifting a finger.

The Reputation Management System is a fully automated system that helps your business in a million ways and you don’t have to do a thing.

This system automatically checks the customer is happy BEFORE requesting a review, giving you a better chance of hitting the grand old 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

which is what we’re all aiming for, right???

Why? Because marketing is a numbers game. And while we’re marketing and trying to get new customers that way, Google can help us by listing us. And people trust a review almost as much as they do a personal referral.

That’s how important they are.

People value reviews.

And often, there’s nothing else to go off, because all they have is a Google search, so reading about other people’s experiences with your company, will help them choose you.

I do it, I buy off Amazon, based on reviews. Especially when there’s nothing else to compare to.

If you have less than 4 stars on your Google Profile, you’re in trouble.

Less people will buy from you.

The simple answer to that is getting more 5 star reviews, to lift your overall rating.

You can ask everyone you speak to if you like, and follow up with them all, chasing them until they do.

But that sounds like a lotta work!

Alternatively, you can set up a 14 day free trial of reputation management and not lift a finger, automating Google reviews for your business on autopilot.
